Terms of Service

By using Ravenpost (the “Service”), operated by Next Step L.L.C-FZ, you agree to these terms. Ravenpost is a product of Next Step L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its principal office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The service

Ravenpost lets you connect social accounts — Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube and Pinterest — to schedule and publish content. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the policies of every platform you connect.

YouTube

The YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke our access to your channel at any time from Google’s security settings page.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Don’t use the Service to spam or violate any connected platform’s terms.
  • Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are sold through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles the payment, is the seller on your receipt, and collects any VAT or sales tax due in your country; their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

Plans bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your content. We retain rights to the Service software and brand.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for content rejected or removed by a connected platform, for platform/API outages, or for indirect damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
