Support
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Email support@ravenpo.st and a person reads it — usually the same day, and within one business day otherwise. Ravenpost is a small team, so there is no ticket queue and no first-line script; you are writing to the people who build it.
What to include
None of this is required, but each line saves a round trip — and a failed publish is almost always diagnosable from the first two:
- The link to the post in Ravenpost, or its scheduled time and the account it was aimed at.
- The error text shown on that post. Every failed target carries the platform’s own message, and that string is usually the whole answer.
- The email address you sign in with, and your workspace name.
Never send us a password, an API token or a one-time code. We will never ask for one, and we cannot do anything useful with it — connecting an account is always done by you, in your browser.
Things that come up often
- A post failed to publish. Open the post: each account shows its own status and, when it failed, the reason the platform gave. Most are fixable without us — a caption over that network’s limit, an image in a format the network rejects, or a connection that needs renewing.
- An account says it needs reconnecting. Go to Accounts and reconnect it. LinkedIn is the one that asks regularly: LinkedIn issues refresh tokens only to approved Marketing Developer Platform partners, so a LinkedIn connection genuinely expires every 60 days and nothing on our side can renew it for you. The other networks either refresh or renew on their own, and we only ask when that has failed.
- Billing, invoices, cancelling. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Polar, our merchant of record. Settings → Billing opens Polar’s customer portal, where your invoices, payment method and cancellation live. Write to us if the portal disagrees with what you see in Ravenpost.
- Deleting your data. Data deletion covers disconnecting one account, erasing everything, and the automated callbacks the networks use.
- Using the API or an AI assistant. The docs cover the REST API and the MCP server; the MCP page covers connecting Claude, ChatGPT and other clients.
Reporting a security issue
Write to support@ravenpo.st with “security” in the subject and we will reply before anything else in the inbox. Please don’t open a public issue first.
